The Area

Victorian Roundwood Park is within a 10-minute walk and has a cafe, garden shop and aviaries.

The outstanding amenities of Notting Hill and Queens Park are within easy reach, as is Westfield shopping centre. Much-loved Kensal Green, with its excellent pubs, restaurants and green spaces, is also a short walk away.

The area is experiencing significant levels of investment, including the new Crossrail train network and the potential development of Old Oak Common to create the HS2 interchange. The closest station is Willesden Junction, running London Overground Services to Euston in approximately 18 minutes and Bakerloo line services to Oxford Circus in just under half an hour.
