Simon Conder Associates are a small team of Architects and Designers who specialize in contemporary houses in the UK and abroad. They have offices in London and Suffolk. To date the practice has won forty architecture and design awards, including twice winning the RIBA Stephen Lawrence Award for the Best UK Building costing under £1,000,000.00, and twice being shortlisted for the biennial Mies van der Rohe Award for the best building in Europe. Their work is about many things but paramount is the wish to make things well and to respond genuinely to the particular requirements of each client and site. Much of their best work has been achieved on very low budgets.
