Rigden Saunders Garden Design studio is led by design partners Tabitha Rigden and Helen Saunders. Marrying the Modern aesthetic to the natural environment is a key thread through their portfolio. Their designs are characterised by pared down forms juxtaposed with naturalistic and biodiverse planting schemes, adding a relevant twist that puts environmental sustainability at centre spot, while still reflecting the modernist design ethos. Rigden Saunders regularly collaborates with architects and property developers, as well as working with individual homeowners to produce gardens that will be utilised and enjoyed for years to come – every project is unique and each garden designed for longevity.

Tabitha and Helen met whilst training at the London College of Garden Design at Kew Gardens, having each previously had successful careers in the art and design world. They brought with them a combined understanding of spatial composition, texture and colour, as well as a highly tuned attention to detail. Both are members of the Society of Garden Designers and their gardens won prestigious SGD Awards in 2020 and 2021.
