Specialist – Prime Sales

 

This rewarding new role focuses specifically on the sale of homes at the top end of the market. This is a great opportunity to work with some wonderful properties and exciting clients, and develop our growing reputation in this demanding sector.

Previous experience of estate agency is not essential, but experience in outstanding client care is. As well as winning new business and overseeing transactions, you will be dedicated to creating exceptional experiences for an expanding network of HNWIs and influencers working in a wide range of sectors, from film and music to tech and law.

We are looking for someone who our clients can trust, who can understand our progressive approach to estate agency and be an elegant ambassador for The Modern House brand.

The successful candidate will have an ingrained service mindset, a flair for negotiation, and the ability to maintain the utmost discretion.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Building relationships with existing HNWIs and influencers on our database, and establishing connections with new ones
  • Building relationships with property finders
  • Networking and attending events to promote our Prime offering
  • Carrying out market appraisals at Prime properties, selling the value propositions of the company to potential clients, negotiating fees and winning new business
  • Maintaining a pipeline of leads and continuing a dialogue with each potential new client until an instruction is secured
  • Carrying out viewings at Prime properties with select HNWIs
  • Providing regular feedback and analysis for each client, including market insights and property performance data
  • Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
  • Liaising with our marketing department to explore new ways of expanding the offering
