Studio 304 is an award winning architectural studio with a strong focus on craft, materials and practical detail. The studio prides itself on inventiveness, from using the most modern materials, to finding clever ways to use space. Studio 304 has a depth of knowledge and practical expertise that allows them to create great spaces to live in, which maximise space and utility.

The studio was founded in 2014 by Gary Tynan. Gary gained his degree in Architecture from Edinburgh College of Art. He has previous experience of residential architecture with a range of high profile architecture studios in New York, Barcelona & London.
