RL-a are a highly creative and competent young practice based in Margate and working throughout the South East. Partners Tim and Tam studied at the world renowned Bartlett School of Architecture and have worked with some of the country’s leading architects including AHMM, Michael Hopkins and John McAslan.

Since establishing their own practice in 2013 they have delivered a range of high quality residential projects, each demonstrating their client led approach with distinction and flare. Tim and Tam also teach Architecture and Interior Design at the University for Creative Arts in Canterbury.
