Pinch

Award-winning furniture practice PINCH was founded in 2004 by eponymous designer Russell Pinch and wife Oona Bannon, with the aim to create furniture and lighting that they would want to live with. The studio’s products are characterised by a quiet and elegant aesthetic, the result of tireless refinement and an intense dedication to craft and process.

PINCH believe in poetic design and making beautiful things; pieces that endure, inspire and aspire to be inherited. They refine their designs until they feel they have arrived at their idea of perfection, but also seek to leave them with a lightness of touch, which allows their collection to lend itself to both country and concrete environments. The studio work with an evolving stable of skilled craftsmen and women in the UK and Europe to produce their designs, and manufacture with a serious commitment to quality and a honed attention to detail and finish.

As well as holding a large amount of stock, PINCH offers a custom service where many pieces can be finished to customer colour/timber references, as well as offering a fully bespoke service. PINCH sell products directly from their Ebury Street and Bourne Street shops in London’s Pimlico Road district, and ship worldwide.
