There is an emphasis on high-grade natural materials throughout, including Basalt stone flooring, solid oak floors and stairs, and limestone tiles. The kitchen has integrated appliances by Miele and Bosch, the bathrooms have sanitary ware by Hansgrohe and every window incorporates a ‘blind box’ to accommodate electric blind mechanisms that continue the clean-lined aesthetic.

The house has a KNX integrated home automation system to control mood lighting in all rooms, the underfloor heating on all levels, and is wired to support the electric blind mechanisms.

Leicester Road is excellently located near the centre of East Finchley and falls within the catchment area of some highly regarded schools, notably the Archer Academy. The shops, restaurants and bars of East Finchley High Road are a moment’s walk away. East Finchley Underground station, less than half a mile away (approx. a five-minute walk), is on the Northern Line.
