What We're Hearing: 1930s Housing: A model for today?

Claire Bennie, who runs the London Deco Flats blog, will be giving a talk on 1930s housing for The London Society on the 16th February

Over half a million homes were built in London throughout the decade, primarily in two forms: the suburban semi, and the urban art deco apartment block.

Bennie, who lives in an art deco estate in London is working to document these blocks.
