Built in the Stockholm archipelago in 2013, this property was designed to synthesise with the surrounding landscape. The design uses a material that connects to the archipelago granite bedrock in both weight and colour, in contrast to the light wooden cottages that are typical of the area.

The sequence of gable roofs which run along the structure create varied room heights for the interior; a way of separating out what would otherwise be one living space running the length of the building.
