Located in Kechria on the island of Skiathos, this three-villa complex was designed by the award-winning Greek architect Nikitas Hatzimichalis, and completed in August 2015.
Each villa consists of two volumes, connected by a pergola forming an inner courtyard. The property was designed to adapt to the complex topography on the site, and to maximise the views over the sandy beaches of Skiathos and the coast of Pelion.
Each villa contains four bedrooms, two of which are ensuite, plus a further two bathrooms. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, living room and outdoor dining area.
The villas are ideal for those seeking privacy and freedom: each one is surrounded by green verandas, and has its own private swimming pool with a spacious seating area.
The property has WiFi (limited), a daily maid service, fully equipped kitchen, fresh towels and linen (changed twice weekly), deckchairs and hair dryer. A parking space is also available.
Located in the Aegean Sea, Skiathos sits within the Northern Sporades group of Islands. It is well-known for its sandy beaches and Mediterranean pine woodland – making it the perfect holiday destination for nature lovers.
The villas are a short drive from the ruins of Kastro – an important historical site from the 14th century, as well as the still active Evangelistria Monastery.
There are several beautiful beaches close by, including the popular Kechria Beach. Skiathos town, which has excellent restaurants and bars, is 15 minutes’ drive from the villas.
Skiathos is a 45 minute flight from Athens International Airport.
There are three ferry routes from Evia, Agios Konstantinos and Volos harbours in the summer season.
