Jack Woolley

Jack Woolley studied architecture at the RCA and became a chartered member of RIBA in 2009. In 2016 The Architecture Foundation selected him as one of Britain’s best emerging practices. His first built project (a modern live/work space shaped from a semi-derelict carpenter’s workshop) won the 2012 Architect’s Journal Small Projects Award. He has designed and built a series of unique family homes, worked into disused garden plots around London, including  the award winning Spiral House completed in 2015.  His design for a top storey flat at Smyrna Mansions combines spatial reorganisation with restoration of original elements

The Modern House Says
"Jack's houses sit lightly and elegantly within their urban context, with a genuine concern for the surrounding environment."
